Debt Tec is a registered collections company that was founded in 2000 by a group of Radiologists who saw a need for a collections company that specializes in the recovery of medical debt. After being successful with the collection of the radiology accounts, Debt Tec then started collections for all their referring doctors, and then opened it’s services to any company or individual that had outstanding accounts. At present Debt Tec (Pty) Ltd collects for approximately 550 companies, doctors and individuals.

Debt Tec in alliance with Microworks Voyager and David Dadic Attorneys, provide a professional debt collection process, using state of the art software.

Microworks provides our software solution called voyager and is the leading debt collection software in the South African Market today. This software can be loaded at our client’s premises wherein they can access live reports on all actions and notes that have been captured by our collectors. Comprehemsive reports are available, including breakdowns of capital, interest, costs added and balances etc.

David Dadic Attorneys are an in house attorneys practice and forms an important part of our collection process, David utilizes the voyager program to ensure the professional and efficient hand over of accounts fron Debt Tec, and all legal action taken is recorded on the same reporting system as Debt Tec. David Dadic’ operates at risk and  no bill is rendered to the client in respect of fees generated but rather a remuneration is paid only upon the success of the collection of the outstanding debt.
