Debt Collector

Hours:

· 40 hours per week

· 08h00 till 05h00 Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch

· 08h00 till 04h30 on Friday with an hour for lunch

Job description:

· Your duty as a debt collector is to make phone calls and readily knowing the answers to FAQ

· You would be responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio i.e. learning policy and procedure to achieve successful recovery

· Employees must develop technical knowledge and in general master the collection system to effectively collect the debt assigned to you

· A professional manner needs to be displayed at all times

We are looking for employees who can prove able to work unsupervised after training

Skills/Qualifications:

· Self motivated and organised with a high achiever focus

· High level communication and telephone skills

· Ability to work in a professional manner at all times under pressure

· Excellent keyboard and numeric skills

· Excellent customer service skills, along with previous debt collection experience is essential for this position

Salary

The salary is dependant on experience

Tele Marketers

Hours

· 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

Job Description:

· This position involves outbound calling of all leads, speaking to potential clients and assessing whether they may be suitable for our services

· Excellent telephone and communication skills are required. Candidates must ensure that they are willing to make a high volume of outbound calls
