Commercial debt collections

Commercial debt collections or collecting debt from a business is generally very different from dealing with individuals as we are now dealing with varies business forms like Closed Corporations, Companies, Partnership or even Trusts.

However we believe our collection process is just as effective with commercial debt collection and collect a large portion of this debt in our pre-Legal collections.

Debt Tec does however have the added advantage of having an in-house attorney should we be unsuccessful in our pre-Legal collections.

David Dadic Attorneys are an in house attorneys practice and form an important part of our collection process, David utilizes the voyager program to ensure a professional and efficient hand over of accounts from Debt Tec, and all legal action taken is recorded on the same reporting system as Debt Tec. David Dadic operates at risk and no bill is rendered to our client in respect of fees generated but rather a remuneration is paid only upon the success of the collection of the outstanding debt. These two factors in particular separate Debt Tec and David Dadic Attorneys from all competitors.
