Davor Dadic Attorneys

Davor Dadic graduated from the law school of Rand Afrikaans University in 1997, having completed both a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees. During his tenure at RAU, he received the Judge Snyman graduation award as a result of achieving the highest recorded result in the course of civil procedure. Having graduated, he then commenced his articleship which was completed at the end of 1998.

In 1999, Dadic commenced practicing for his own account in partnership and traded under the name and style of Casasola – Dadic Attorneys. This practice continued until end of 2003 at which time the partnership was terminated and Dadic commenced trading for his own account under the name and style of Davor Dadic Attorneys.

During Dadic’s entire history as an attorney, he has concentrated solely on civil collection and has in ten years of practice become extremely commensurate and successful in collecting client’s outstanding debt. He has to date, represented not only common man but also large institutions such as Europe Assistance, Nedbank, Holcim Cement, Corobrik and Debt Tec.

Currently Debt Tec is Dadic’s largest client from whom Dadic has to date been successfully collecting large and numerous outstanding debts.

As part of the collection procedure, Dadic utilizes the Voyager program in order to not only properly align himself with Debt Tec but also with Debt Tec’s client base. Dadic’s fee structuring is also in accordance with that of Debt Tec in that no bill is rendered to the client in respect of fees generated but rather a remuneration is paid only upon the success of the collection of the outstanding debt. These two factors in particular separate Dadic from the body of competitors.
